Cross Fit is sweeping the world
I just started at a gym called Team Fitness in Franklin Mass about 3 months ago and the first day my brother and I were told "you have to try this class called Cross Fit its the best work out you will love to go to" I thought it was just another aerobic class so how " intense" could it really be its a gym with Mom's and Dad's and Grandparent that were working out around use will this women that was a mom her self was wide eyed to tell us about. I could do this I said to my self so and i wont even break a sweet. I convinced my Brother to come with me and OH my word!! that was the best work out I have had sins I got out of the military Not even football practice was this tough. As we all know being a coach, you are a teacher and a mentor. You spend considerable time with young athletes and sometimes older in years but young as an Athletes state of mind. You now can have the potential to greatly influence their development into a truly well rounded athlete. But just jumping into the role of coach is far from easy. Parents can question your decisions as well as the athletes’ themselves. People now a day’s do not follow just anyone blindly. Athletes can lack motivation and focus if the coaching staff is not motivated and lacks knowledge and focus of what lies ahead. And the balance between having fun and winning games puts an immense amount of pressure on your shoulders. That is why I when looking for the AMERICAN COACHING ACADEMY . To better equip me and my staff with the knowledge and skills to achieve our team goals, make a positive impact on our athletes, and teach them valuable life lessons through participation in sports. I loved going through the practical exercises and having that back up knowledge that in some situations that was presented to me I could now say with confidence "Yes I know what to do when that happens and in others I know how to handle this know" and will be able to handle things better through my season. Over all I did feel better in my first season after completing the course more competent more organized. The women I worked with all started to come together throughout the season it was great!
