By H.J Definately a great workout!!! Jillian knows how to push you to your limits, to reach beyond yourself and to get results. I have been working out for awhile and was challenged with this set. It also brought me past my plateau and was fun and refreshing.... not the same ol' routine.

By D.A. I started out using the 30 day shred and have since bought the other two DVDs. All of them are great and challenging. I have been working out with DVD/Videos since 1989 and usually need advanced workouts. These do the trick. However, I think a beginner could also adapt to use these, especially Level 1 in the 30 day shred. The other ones all do circuits as well so you can do as much or as little as you can at first and work up. Very impressed with Jillian Michaels and I haven't even seen the show!
